In the instance where a fight that has actually occurred in the manga is replicated within the opening, the results of the aforementioned fight shall be also remain consistent with that of its manga/anime counterpart. This isnt a rule nor a constant it is simply a pattern that seems to be consistent with animated cartoons for the most part.

We see it time and time again in various shows and mediums. I, for one, have never seen the exact opposite result occur or contradict its anime counterpart. I am simply inferring, using the knowledge bestowed upon me from the anime and manga, to help make a sound and reasonable deduction as to why i came to the conclusion why if, in this instance, B were to go hand to hand against Minato, judging by what we've learned in the anime, chances are the result what look something like what we've seen in the opening.

Im sure Kishi, and the art director of that opening feels the same way
