No, we dont know his powers yet or if he can control the juubi, but they are sure to kamui Madara out of this dimmension and leave him there

Even tho Obito has sealed the Juubi, he has not mastered being a Jinchuriki so he may run into problems.

Madara on the other hand... well.. its about time he got into a real battle. He is powerful. Not sure if Obito has the knowledge to Seal him.. however Obitos Rinnegan should be powerful now.
