Bee and Naruto are in the joint Shinobi force and they both know TBB so Mokuton and meteors are pointless, the joint shinobi alliance has SO6P's sealing pot and can easily use someone from Ino's clan to make him answer and get sealed, even Rinnegan can't defend that. Joint Shinobi force easily.

If meteors are used, then Bee and Naruto could just take them out with a TBB. Also, I'm pretty sure that a technique like that would cost a good deal of chakra, so he probably couldn't have the clones use them if the chakra is spread out so evenly.

Plus I'm sure that with a many superpowered people punching on his susanoo like crazy, and with many using powerful ninjutsu's that he wouldn't have time to even use that sort of technique.
