As far as we know Madara doesn't have any seals, whilst Hashirama may have had powerful seals because of Mito.

Even if Hashirama doesn't have Madara's cells he still will win, I'm more then a 100% sure that Hashirama has really powerful seals because of Mito, just like Minato, because of Kushina.

Even regular Base Hashirama would defeat Edo Madara going by what Edo Madara himself has said. And Madara knows Hashirama more than anybody, Hashirama stomps especially after given a crapload of power boosts.
