madara cant stop the edos. more importantly they have hax. madara tries to look in itachis eyes, is put in tsukiyomi. that paralyses him long enough for the edos to surround him. repeated jintons from mu destroy ribcage susano (for they wont give him the time for PS. madara doesnt have a single known sealing jutsu. whereas kin and gin just touch madara with their rope and its over. zabuza clouds up madara's field of vision. kabutowari can help smash susano. yasaka is useless against shinra tensei. nagato summons the wardog which cant really be put down by madara short of genjutsu.
itachi can help locate the real madara if he resorts to wood clones.
kabuto himself is well designed to take madara on using muki tensei and demonic flute. the sheer amount of genjutsu users in this army really should be enough to at least disorient madaras EMS.
finally either crimson gourd or totsuka wraps this up. all they have to do is shut down his movements for more than a few seconds and get rid of susano.

none of that can hurt him. FTW is useless because the edos dont have lungs and kabuto can administer an anti mokuton poison
