We still haven't even seen the full extent of Madara's powers, but from what was shown so far, I think we can proclaim him as a winner. The guy proved capable of owning the entire division with taijutsu only, his chakra which Nine Tails said was more sinister than his own is now further enhanced, he's got two great tools for tailed beast control, the EMS and wood release, he can summon massive meteors without breaking a sweat, he can use all elements because of Rinnegan and can use the three gravity controlling techniques associated with it, he might have Amaterasu, he's a master of genjutsu, his Susanoo's offensive and defensive capabilities were shown to be great even tho it was in incomplete form, he got infinite stamina as an edo, whereas current Naruto can use his full powers for five minutes...

Im surprised that so many people voted for Naruto. Madara takes this with medium difficuly. When Naruto will improve his link with Kyuubi in order to stay in BM longer I would change it to high difficulty.

Mokouton was said to able to suppress the fox's chakra. He has the rennigan which would absorb anything naruto has to offer. He has the ems and its abilities
