No restrictions madara has all abilities shown in manga so far. Bijuu have no host or anyone controlling them. So i doubt they will fuse their attacks.

distance: 100 m
Area: Will of fire. The last place where hiruko and kakashi/naruto fought .
Since bijuu haven't been stated to have sealing tech's to make fight fair madara can't regenerate but he still has mokuton,EMS and rinnegan. But no meteor jutsu cause even madara stated he would also die from blast radius
