Its not just the 6 paths of pain's techs, or the legendary weapons you fool. The so6p had used izanagi to split the 10 tails and creation of all things to make 9 tailed beasts. Just combining those 2 moves gives him an instant win against ANY opponent as he can literally change the reality of his adversary, and then make it into what he sees fit.
