Edo Madara shouldn't be on anyones top 10 lists because he pretty much a fusion of 2 ninjas. hes like the vegito of the naurto universe its not okay. Not only is he a fusion of 2 top 10 ninja he has unlimited chakra he could possibly almost stand his ground with the juubi.

In my opinion, Madara is a character in EDO TENSEI. But if people dont put Itachi but not in Edo form, which he in Edo is pretty OP. Totska Blade and Yata Mirror, with unlimited Amaterasu. Pretty Op.

Nah, he used to be Kabuto’s power but he’s now in full control (nobody can tell him what to do).And thus he should be on everyone's list as long as people realize that this is not the same guy who fought Hashi.

You are right that he shouldn't count, but your argument is invalid.

The reason he shouldn't count, is simply because he is a tool. A summoning. Not an actual shinobi. We also count toads as part of Narutos strength, however, Madara has now gone loose, but we don't know if Kabuto can actually retake control over him, if he wakes up. Though he probably wont wake up, and even if he probably can't.

Nagato - Using Madara's eye

Kabuto - Using Sound 4, Orochimaru, and Taka's DNA

And to disprove your analogy, Vegito is counted for most of the time in DBZ Top ten lists.
