Edo Madara has the best healing. He has Hashirama's cells and he has an immortal body. Naruto's healing is not even close to that. "Oh, Kyuubi's chakra heals." It's Kurama's chakra that heals the people, not Naruto's. And Six Paths Senjutsu chakra didn't even fully heal Might Guy or Obito. Madara heals much better than anyone.

Other Edo bodies don't even have unlimited chakra. They had their limits as Tobirama mentioned. And Hanzo had his weakness. Madara is the only special Edo which was brought beyond his prime, and had unlimited chakra. So he had more chakra than the Juubi and Kaguya. Look how Black Zetsu says Kaguya is using a lot of chakra and they even have to prepare the chakra, which they took from Infinite Tsukuyomi's victims:
