Hmm, you more than likely need a whole living body for edo tensei. His tires alone shouldn't work other than for DNA purposes.
But who would they bring back? the sage? Hamura? Isn't Madara technically still alive? So Edo Tensei wouldn't work.

Could be true... Tho on the flip side; since Madz has Hashi cells and SM chakra, it would make for easy to have combined that with Hashi's own reg ability; so we might have a Madz revived that could be without a consciousness - and then sacrifice that body (or the Sage himself) could inhabit it...
