I don't think Kushina is in the Death God... Minato didn't have any reason to seal Kushina in the Death God and he isn't someone who does something without a good reason so it could be possible but I doubt Kabuto knows where Kushina's grave is located... it's probably somewhere hidden in the leaf village.

kushina soul is set freely after meetin with naruto during 9 tail Vs Naruto . Soul that free from suffering can't summon with edo . see Kankuro & sasori , sai & his brother

She can be a edo, Minato didnt seal her soul. I think there are Jinchuurikis prepared by tobi for 8tails and 9tails so why wouldn't Kushina be the one for 9tails? Anyway I am sure Kabuto found her corpse. It could be next to Minato's.
I would like to see more talk no jutsu(i can't believe i said that) from Naruto to edo Kushina during the war, so why not?
She has sealing jutsus too

i just think about it. It has high chance that kabuto rivived kushina. We all know that she has powerful chakra and can contol biju with it. So do you think naruto will meet his edo mother? If that happen what would be the result of naruto vs edo kushina?
( naruto is alot stornger than his mother but kushina is edo and she is his mother after all so it should be difficult for naruto to fight )

nope she didnt get sealed by the death god, minato said that ''i will seal the remaining of your chakra in our son so that u can see him for one last time'' she was already dying anyways so there was no point in letting the death god get her. + there is no one reference int he whole manga that says that the death god got her so u can all argue as much as u like but ur gunna get burned

We do read the manga. If you saw my FIRST post Minato said he was going to seal her CHAKRA, not SOUL. The only person who was sealed was Minato because he used that seal on himself and the Kyuubi, but he used the 2nd sealing jutsu to seal Kushina's chakra into Naruto. And he specifically said Chakra, not Soul. I'll even get the page again, for the 2nd time. >.>

Oh my! What's this!? And you can also see only Minato's Soul was connected to it, not Kushina's. If it was used on Kushina we'd see it connected to her too, like when Sarutobi used it on Orochimaru.
Minato said, "After I finish the Dead Demon Seal I'll place place your remaining CHAKRA into Naruto as well."

characters and also Naruto vs Kushina or even worse Sasuke who's arriving killing Naruto's mother infront of his eyes...
