Basically we don't have all the information to see exactly how the 8 triagrams seal works but the interaction between Naruto and his parents and them talking about being able to move on suggests more than just Chakra being sealled

Well no because why would Kabuto want to bring her back? He's not even fighting Naruto so there'll be no emotional advantage/benefit in bringing her back. Moreover, there are many other stronger shinobi's which he'd be better of summoning instead (Shisui, Jiraiya etc)

To be honest, Naruto met his mom and everything. I don't think it would really affect him. Maybe a bit of talk no jutsu for 1 chapter then he will be like "well, till next time" BOOM! TBB to the face... Followed by someone's sealing technique

Speed blitzing her won't mattaer, she's edo, it may even give her the opportunity to capture him with chakra chains and seal him with whatever seal she wanted to use to seal Kyubi into herself.
She's got her powerful enough to hold Kurama barrier for long ranged attacks and she's Edo so it won't matter anyway.

It's a possibility that she might come back but it does not necessarily mean that Naruto has to fight her. Kakashi or Gai could very well step in for him if it gets too emotional for him to handle.

she was sealed in naruto so i dont know how that works it is stated that sealed souls cant be summoned so if she is sealed in naruto then no but then she did move on but she said about seeing minato again so maybe she is in the death reaper seal thing i dont know so many things have gotten confusing and lame

She's sealed in the reaper along with Minato I believe.

No shes not, Minato only sealed himself because the death god only requires 1 sacrifice, shes just regular dead
