Btw should i buy a ps3 or wait for ps4?
Ps4 will not have that many games when it gets released but will have alot better grafix but the ps3 has a lot bigger range of games so what should i buy ps3 or ps4?

Glad 2nd Mizukage is playable. I can see tards online spamming those water bullets from a distance all day long.

This is what I expected though. I figured that CC2 was only not releasing these guys too us on account of the fact that they only have one combo and a jutsu/no grabs or ultimate. I don't think it would be too hard to come up with a couple more combos and an ultimate animation though.

Muu - Dismantling Jutsu
Mizukage - Some kind of water attack/explosion with jouki boy
Third Raikage - Fingered assaults/over dramatic amounts of lighting in the cinematics
