I have a feeling that the game will progress at least to Naruto + Sasuke defeating Juubi Obito leaving it open for the Madara fight, but if this is truly their "final" Storm game then they will most likely go up to Madara getting defeated once and for all, since there hasn't been a release date announced for it other than 2014, and usually they release later in the year if memory serves correct.
