Edo Itachi vs Nagato

Edo Itachi lacerated both of Nagato's arms and sealed Nagato without being scratched himself. He also took the time to save and lecture Naruto and Bee. I think Nagato is stronger, but Itachi has the best combination of strength, intelligence, and tricks. He is therefore one of the most dangerous in battle.
