Can go either way if he is.. Otherwise itachi take it high diff..

If one tail is by his side like against madara its a low diff.

Edo itachi's arsenal is still the same,just that he can spam now,genjutsu is not working when gaara uses his third eye and sand sensing

gaara can make sand constructs the size of a bijuu,dwarfing itachi's susanoo. Je can just use sand and enter susanoo from underneath and grab him

amaterasu gets blocked
susanoo swords get blocked as gaara already showed.

Flight renders itachi's arsenal void as he will be out of range.

Itachi's advantage is chakra,but gaara isnt running out soon,so it dosent matter
