Well I mean I want to say Edo Itachi, but what do you mean he can only regenerate once? thats kind of a wierd stipulation for an Edo, is it just because Gai and Lee have no sealing techs?

Because if he could regenerate all the time then of course he would win no matter what because he can't die but Gai and Lee take this mid diff

Ok well that doesnt mean he can't be beaten. doezens of Edos have just been defeated because they can still be sealed.

The problem here is you are putting two shinobi with no sealing feats in a vs against and Edo (especilly of Itachi's level) so you end up having to change the rules of Edo Tensei, ehh. Idk I can't really pick sides because ive never seen a semi-edo matchup like this but I give it to Itachi because Gai can get the quick-draw on him but even If itachi can survive just ONE attack, it wll bring him close enough to use Genjutsu

Edo Itachi is extremely strong. What are Gai and Lee going to do if Itachi brings out his susanoo? None of their attacks will penetrate it and Itachi will easily outlast Gai and Lee. Once Gai and Lee are exhausted, they will be killed by Itachi pretty easily.

Itachi low-mid difficulty. Even sick Itachi could win but with high difficulty.

Ehh idk. I sorta just wanted to put a limit to how many times he can get hit because if he were to get hit, I think it would be from a powerful type of taijutsu that would most likely end him. And it would be no fun if they couldnt permantely put him down. so to try and be fair I gave itachi only one freebie as he can also use that to his advantage. ex with kabuto how he pulled off izanami.

Also valid, basically after team 2 loses the quickdraw as i was saying, Itachi's susanoo will be up and it will go downhill for them from there
