i think itachi. he could seal madara preety fast with totsuka sword, and he has yata mirror also. he could also burn madaras mokuton with amaterasu.

both by technical terms can't die.....
largely depends on if madara knows any sealing jutsu that could be long reaching like dead demon consuming seal or triangle seal.
but if he does not he better hold out till itachi shows a weak point for a short range seal or a constant amatasaru

Firstly both have eternal mangekyou sharingan
They are both very strong characters due to phenomenal justu.
I would have to say Itachi because he has IZANAMI, AMETARASU AND HE HAS THE POWER TO BREAK EDO TENSEI. I would also have to say Itachi because his Totsuka blade has phenomenal power. Youre strong Madara, but you have to lose sometimes.
