I agree that he has the best raw reactions in the manga, but even so, he isn't pulling out v4 faster than JJ speed. He can form v1 or even v2 nearly instantly, but those won't be able to tank Onmyoudon.

Yata isn't going to do anything against Limbo, because it's not exactly an attack, per se. It creates shadows of the user, much like Shadow Clones that aren't distinguishable from a real shinobi. A clone wouldn't disappear just because Yata is out, because if that were the case, regular opponents would disappear too (which they didn't when he had it out in the manga).

While I do agree that Yata blocks Onmyoudon (although it hardly matters in a matchup against a JJ), Itachi needs v4 for Yata which, based on all v4 activation time shown in the manga (for anyone), he isn't doing faster than JJ speed.

Bravo on that counter. Seriously, I wasn't expecting that, haha. However, the Limbo clones can simply avoid the Yata Mirror. Since he doesn't have the means to detect them, the shadows can target an opening in the back of Susano'o, or other vulnerable spots.

But, as I explained, the fight wouldn't even progress to that point.
