kisame can probably solo if he has a sealing jutsu

kisame can merge with samehada so no ginjutsu would work on him,not only that but kisame in samehada mode can sense the chakra so he can fight with his eyes closed just like he was able to attack bee despit of not being able to see him due to the ink
kisame in samehada mode can absorb the chakra throught his skin, so no amatrasu would work too
yes amatrasu can be absorbed, madara absorbed it
and please, dont tell me that samehada cant absorb amatrasu because he didnt like absorbing normal katon jutsu

he can trap itachi with his susano inside great water prison which itachi has no way to get out from, great water shark absorbs itachi’s susano and itachi’s chakra

Why restrict a jutsu like that? So Susanoo is restricted too? It's either he can or can't win and to restrict jutsus mean he can't right? Minato's chakra wasn't blocked at all, it was absorbed which would be the same effect as using it all so Itachi would have moments where he can fight back at all like Minato had. Tobirama had to tap into the very small chakra Miato did have and use his own chakra to FTG people that Minato and Naruto gave chakra too. He even said he can't do as many people as Minato can but it's still of some help. Susanoo uses both eyes to spawn and it's maintained by continuously giving off chakra so Susanoo would take out Itachi's chakra the longer he has it out.

What about Sasori's puppets? His 3rd Kazekaze puppet can make huge iron structures fall on top of Susanoo and that should be strong enough to smash through since it's falling and gaining momentum. Zetsu can turn into spores and attach to everyone then absorb Itachi's chakra and give it to Akatsuki members as he did with Sasuke and the Kages. Zetsu also was capable of calling up other white Zetsus as he did when Obito and he saved Sasuke and he told Obito he'll capture Naruto then and there but Obito told him he's not the fighting type and couldn't handle Naruto.

But that's still Orochimaru's jutsu at the end of the day, it's not Susanoo vs Akatsuki but Itachi. Susanoo is a chakra entity that's comparable to Bijuus (well PS). They out number Itachi and Chiyo said the trick to fighting Uchihas is to out number them and attack from behind. Barraging Itachi with attacks until his chakra runs out leave him open for attacks which makes sealing him easier for them.

Yes, but Edo tensei puts any versus to the point where it just shouldn't be made. Edo tensei is an auto win, which is why it's restricted.

Well they know Itachi as well, especially Kisame who was always around and seen Itachi's fighting style. Itachi didn't know much about the other members fully since he wasn't partnered up with them or would know of much of their jutsus. He wouldn't know what Zetsu could do when Zetsu only recorded fights
