Edo Itachi Invincible?

We all know that Sasuke took Itachi's eyes, and that once Itachi became edo he still had eyes.
So that means the eyes regenerated with the edo tensei technique...
Also since Itachi can use Izanami I assume that he can use Izanagi since they are sister techniques.
So once Itachi uses Izanami (which causes the user to permantly lose their light) shouldn't his eyes regenerate and regain their light because of edo tensei?
And if they can .... Couldn't Itachi just spam izanami and izanagi? Making him invincible and un sealable ? If he ever received a fatal blow he could just change reality

With his eyes regenerating from edo tensei after he uses izanami as offense and izanagi as defense he would be untoucable and ultimately powerful.

kishi wont let it happen but technically couldnt you just stab out your own eye before the end of the technique and a new one would grow in?

also i think sasuke shoud take itachis eyes now because itachi would get new ones and these eyes look cooler

that cannot happen, why?
because iznagi and iznami does not take away the light from the eyes. it seals the eye away, which means it cannot be regenerated ever again just like how orochimaru's hands has been sealed away and no matter what body he goes to his hands are still sealed.

thats how iznagi works.

as for iznami i'm not quite sure, maybe it does not seal the eye but only takes the eyesight away which can be regenrated by the edo tensei..but if it does seal the eye then nope...there both un-spamable.

His eyes didn't regenerate there. Edo Tensei revives the person they way he was when he died. Itachi had his eyes when he died. They were taken after his death. So he had his eyes when he was revived.
