Naruto offering that cloak to his comrades drastically boosted their abilities to the level where they could combat the Juubi, drastic increase. Main reason why they win this with ease.

That is a scan of a normal Bijuu Dama. Flash Bijuu Dama (used on the Bijuu) says hi, and there is no way Madara is stopping him from forming it when he already has a buffed up Hashirama to worry about. No other offensive jutsu he has is even relevant here.

Manga already showed EDO Madara vs Edo Hashirama, and Madara ended up bound and unable to do anything at all until he was revived. With a cloak he's easily above Edo Madara.

Itachi doesn't tip the scale in the slightest.
