It would require their dna, not their descendants. So I don't know how it would be possible.

In order to edo them, their souls cannot be sealed inside something or someone. Ashura/indra are inside of Naruto/Sasuke and that means they cannot be summoned using the edo tensei. Perhaps if Naruto and Sasuke were extremely weakened, ashura/indra could be ripped out of them like the juubi was ripped out of Obito, but I don't think so since it would seem that their souls are essentially fused.

Either way, I figure that both would be powerful enough to break the control of whoever the edo controller is.

Well first of all their bodies were destroyed, so I doubt there would be any DNA to collect.

& Secondly I doubt it would work considering their chakra is currently occupying another person, like how minato's soul was inside the reaper.
