I'mma just have the decency to reply to this thread as to not let it go to waste.

Edo Hiruzen wins if SM Naruto doesn't have access to sealing tags. Assuming he does, then it's difficult to say because Hiruzen has access to Kage Bushin, all of which have high hand seal speed and can use Large Range Ninjutsu which can pressure SM Naruto. However, SM Naruto has access to a sheer amount of clones, Boss-Summons, has firepower than can subdue 50% Kurama, and FRS which is practically unavoidable for Hiruzen with a 3 in the speed tier, especially at close-range. This is excluding Naruto's clever ability to use Kage Bushins, so Hiruzen would be placed at a disadvantage as he can't handle multiple Kage Bushins simultaneously after a successful feint which was capable of bypassing Deva Path who has access to a very fast jutsu.

SM Naruto, overall, takes this.
