Goemon+Toad Oil Flame Bullet combined into one massive katon overpowers any of Hiruzen's elemental ninjutsu and kills him.

Chou Oodama Rasengan can be used by Jiraiya to shield himself from any elemental attack, and he can run forward holding it in front of him to power through it.

Shadow clones can just be matched with Jiraiya's own clones.

Frog Call + yomi Numa paralyzes Sarutobi while he sinks into a swamp and drowns.

Hiruzen wins hi diff. w/o using anyones signature jutsu - thats the beauty of his in-canon feats

he will counter goemon w/ {wind-water-earth_trio} & win because of water, rocks & dirt are heavier than oil & fire, besides already having the elemental advantage.
enma staff 1-shots whichever toad boss is summoned & totem-boosts hiruzen out of any accompanying swamp, after hiruzen reads jiraiyas hand seal

hiruzen will have the tactical advantage w/ his greater # of clones & will be clear of frog call ninjutsu because only 2 clones can be hit by it at a time. the frog song genjutsu can beat this problem, but will require hiruzen to be pressured into retreat or to lose track of jiraiya.
but hiruzen is a sensor & tracker, capable to keep the offense & then some & will be finishing jiraiya w/ quintuple rai'ton combos.

ranjishishigami is countered by cloned wind shuriken, while rasengans & tongue attacks are parried by enma staff barriers & clone feints
hair needles get neutralized by the baton spin gimmick & acid is dodged.

-Not sure how it would counter Suiton+Futon when it would push it back due to the Futon's force, and cool it down due to the Suiton.

-Chou Odama Rasengan is not portecting him from a large scale fire dragon flame bullet which can be manipulated by the user. Doton is also sending Jiraiya backwards since the impact will be huge. Enma extending sends Jiraiya back to Africa just like it sent 100% Kurama outside the village.

-Jiraiya's clones will be lacking since only one of them can use the large scale ninjutsu combinations with Jiraiya and the two Elder Toads. The rest of the clones are all in Base instead of SM (Jiraiya cannot use SM without the Elders) and lack a summon to help them counter Hiruzen's large scale Ninjutsu. They get smashes.

-Frog Call is countered via full intel and large scale Futon just like Temari countered sound in the past. Same applies to Frog Song. Yomi Numa is irrelevant since Hiruzen has proficiency with Raiton and with full intel can anticipate this jutsu coming when Jiraiya puts his hands on the floor, allowing him to jump at the last second and release Raiton from his mouth onto the ground beneath him.

No, not really.

I'm not sure why people think Enma is going to catch an agile toad the same way it caught Kurama ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). Even if it Enma connects, he didn't even dent Kurama and Bunta has pretty decent durability considering he survived a large scale S/T. The most Enma does is push him back.
