Hiruzen's main perk is his diverse moveset, he really thrives when he's against an enemy with limited options but Bee is maybe the most diverse ninja around in all forms of fighting so I really don't see if Hiruzen can overpower or out-do him. That said though, his sealing jutsu seems to be difficult to use and could only use it when he had captured the Edo Jinchuuriki and even then it didn't work.

Bee wins under normal circumstances but the big limitation of him having to end the match with sealing means that Bee will be holding back and Hiruzen will use this opportunity to possibly win.

No way Enma will get cut to pieces by Raiton. Enma is not Doton, he can make himself to literal adamant substance.

Lol, not at all, because Bee has versatility, destructive, and chances of winning 9/10 than Hiruzen does. Maybe we should have debate or discussion.
