--He uses his katons to counter danzos fuutons quite well, and can also use his katons to get rid of baku who is danzos main source of firepower

--With hiruzen being an edo, he creates 5 KB and gets each of them to fire off large scale elemntal attacks, which can also overwhelm Danzo, not to mention that him being an edo means that he doesnt have to worry about running out of chakra

--Sharingan Genjutsu is broken thanks to partner method by enma, and his KB also enable him to fight danzo effectively

--CQC is also more advantageous for hiruzen due to enmas durability and offense, as hiruzen being an edo can eventually force danzo to run out of his izanagi thus allowing him to finish him off with his elemental attacks

Izanagi would have been a problem due to Hiruzen's stamina, Edo clears that up. From there he can counter everything Danzo has to offer.

-All Fuuton are countered with Hiruzen's giant Katon. The Fuuton gets eaten up and Danzo gets burned to death, forcing Izanagi. Baku dies the same way.

-Danzo isn't going to land his Curse Seal since Hiruzen would shit on him in CQC with help from Enma.

-Surprise attacks aren't happening since Hiruzen can apparently sense chakra, and he has a keen sense of smell.

-No apparent speed difference.

-His Mokuton is worthless.

-Hiruzen just keeps killing him till Izanagi or Danzo's chakra runs out. Whichever goes first.

No it is not. Hiruzen was a sensory ninja since part 1. When he uses his Crystal Ball Technique to watch people in the village he must first sense their chakra for them to appear in his ball. A feat that is often overlooked on him.
