Who'd win this fight, base Kabutomaru or Hiruzen? By base, I mean that Kabuto isn't using his Dragon Sage Mode.

Edo Hiruzen can use the monkey king, Enma.

White Rage and Muki Tensei are Sage Mode abilities. They were granted by his Sage Mode so he obviously can't use them in base.

Where exactly does it say those techniques were granted by Kabuto's sage mode? Because I'm pretty sure senjutsu makes your already existing jutsu stronger.

It also gives new abilities, as shown when Naruto got Frog Kata from mastering Toad Sage Mode. Kabuto has two completely new jutsu, that are unrelated to every other jutsu in his arsenal. Kabuto's new jutsu only come from his DNA transplants, but Muki Tensei and White Rage are new jutsu that none of the original DNA owners don't have.

Frog Kata isn't a jutsu, it's just the user utilising the natural energy around them to extend their reach.

Naruto also has Sage Art: Rasenshuriken... Doesn't mean he can't use it in base, sage mode just gives him the strength to throw it and increases the jutsu power. Sage art: Massive rasengan isn't something Naruto can't do in base either.

Just because you put the words sage art in front of the jutsu doesn't make it unique to sage mode alone, nor does it mean Kabuto can't use it in base, the author just didn't waste time showing snake kabutos base abilities.

If anything, inorganic Reanimation is just one of kabutos earth techniques and sage mode makes the scale of the jutsu larger.

And white range could have been an incomplete jutsu just like rasenshuriken was. Naruto could use it in base but it damages his chakra network - sage mode removed this weakness. How do you know Kabuto didn't have this problem with white rage where he created the jutsu but also suffered the effects of the jutsu - but then learned dragon sage mode which removed this drawback.
