The kages would win I believe. Hashi has always had a lil advantage over Madara and I don't think this would be any different. Even if they were dead even I believe Minato would take care of Itachi pretty quickly and then help Hashi out if needed.

IMHO Edo Madara has tons of knowledge and tons more experience in battle then the other three put together. Edo Madara toyed with Hashirama and played possum. Itachi is just a bonus with genjutsu.
