Kakuzu and Kisame win S1, but lose S2 for sure.

-Acid Mist is blown away via Kakuzu's Katon if it's used.
-Roshi's lava attacks are absorbed by Samehada.

The only issue would be Asura Path's missiles since they aren't chakra, but once Kisame gets Water Dome up, he can straight up avoid them and suck these two dry with minimal difficulty. The only way the Jins win is if they can take Kisame out before then, but considering his healing abilities via Samehada and the fact that most of their attacks don't hit, I think it's safe to say that they never die before WD is brought out.

S2, Bijuu nuke them.

Win S1

Lose S2 pretty badly. They could take one down but not both.

Wouldn't WD get evaporated by the effects of Boil Release (conditions I gave it) and Flower–Fruit Mountain?
