He would still have a set chakra limit which is infinite in quantity after regeneration much like Muu and his Dust Release. Basically he would be able to use 8th Gate which is slightly higher than the 7th without dying but still be exhausted after its use.

We are making our own assumptions based on what we have seen up to the seventh gate. It then has the added hype that it surpasses the power of all previous gates and grants power greater than the kages. All-in-all, it's likely one of the most haxxed jutsus in NV

Plus we have no idea what the 8th gate allows the user to do, all we really know is that the user dies afterward. one question I had was if edo nagato were still alive, could he continually use the jutsu that brings people back to life? Cause that would be an intense power. if he could, then what would stop edo madara from bringing his 'allies' back to life? I think edo guy would own most people, but there are a few that could take him on, specifically edo madara.

I think 8th gate edo Gai> edo Madara. the speed and power would be insane.
