The Raikage is alive and has a sealing ninja nearby that doesn't get attacked nor is allowed in the fight unless the bros are immobilized

I suppose the Raikage knows how the treasures work since they were in Kumo's possession. Having said that, i don't think he would end up being caught by the one that seals people (don't remeber the name).
I think the 3rd Raikage wins not only because of that but also because they're more or less stationary, using words in battle in order to trap the opponents souls, something that would cause their downfall in this case. Plus, they can't hurt him so...

kinkaku throws the rope at him. third tries to tank it. then gets paralysed and sealed. if he knows how they work, then he dodges. but since he has no sealing jutsus what do you expect him to do except fight with them for several days? he cant immobolise them or do much of anything when they enter chakra mode
