Well it really depends can Madara use Susanoo with 3t I believe he can seeing as he was able to use it without any eyes. Aside from his rinnegan techniques Susanoo is probably Madara's most powerful technique he would be a challenge for Minato himself. With BM Minato could take Madara and Nagato out high diff. If no susanoo then low diff.
