Fuuton, or Wind Release, is one of the five basic elements used within this world. It is generated by first creating extremely thin and sharp chakra, and then propelling it through the air either through a physical motion or through the use of an instrument such as a fan. It is strong against Raiton, because it nullifies it and acts as a buffer against it; however, it is weak against Katon because fire consumes air and wind to grow stronger. Yet, wind can be used in conjunction with fire to create a much stronger fire jutsu, capable of repelling even strong Suiton, or water jutsus. It can also be used in conjunction with Suiton jutsu to propel the water jutsu much faster, similar to a hurricane or water tornado. Thus, I feel, as an ex-Vestal of wind, it's up to me to master this element, to learn both its destructive powers, as well as it's capability of bringing life, bringing seeds, birds, and rain to areas crying for it, to truly benefit both myself and the innocents who need it; but also defend them against the cruelties of the world through its destructive force, Hayama said.

It's sharp properties are often incorporated in weaponry and small projectiles, allowing them the ability to cut through easier.
It's also found in various KKG's like Ice, and is a component of Dust Release.
Now, take this chakra paper. Close your eyes, meditate, and imagine winds surrounding you. Make a spiritual connection with the winds. As you do so, begin to think about how wind chakra would flow; how it (the chakra) would be if it is manipulated through nature transformation. Then, channel wind chakra through the paper. If successful, it should dry/shrivel up.

I started performing this by taking a chakra paper, I close my eyes and started meditating on it imagining how wind surrounds it. Then I channel my wind chakra into the chakra paper which makes it dry and shrivel up.

Ok, i take a chakra paper then i closed my eyes and i start meditating on it. Not long i channel my wind chakra into the chakra paper and what happens is that the chakra paper crumbles.

Let's try a different approach. Explain how wind chakra would feel like. Like, how would it flow? For instance, earth chakra would be compact and whatnot. What about wind? Think of the properties of wind when you're creating wind chakra.

This technique allows you to create gusts of wind around your short-range. This gust of wind brings along it, loose sand and dust. So you can layer an area in loose sand and dust, making it hard to get a good footing when standing on trees, or other similar situations. It can also be used to blind someone.

I started performing by gathering my chakra manipulating it into futon chakra forming it in my hands to create a gust of wind around me which carries particles of sand and dust into mid-air and on trees affecting the footing of my opponent on surfaces like trees and also blindfolding my opponent putting him in a facade of sand mist i mean putting him in a vision of sand mist.
