@Michelle maybe try to stretched the rules for example whoever signed up but didn't participate will be given a fraction from the mods.
As a host, you're exerting your time and effort for the game. The least thing the players could do is to appreciate it and participate when the game is up.

What i feel turbo is not suited for this place yet, oj had high level of activity in mafia games. You saw the existing game itself already few players were creating inconvenience to other players.
I still think we have to start things slowly. What do you say about it ?

They have every right not to play even if they sign up that whys we have sub players.

One way a host deals with inactive players is by mod killing them. This is equivalent to getting kicked out of a game.
This does not mean you will get infracted by the mods.
In severe cases where a player is always getting modkilled for inactivity in multiple games the player will recieve a strike. A strike would prevent a player from playing Mafia games as punishment.
The game hosts and managers don't have moderation powers so they are unable to hand out infractions.
However if a player breaks the forum rules ( like bullying other players as an example) then he will get an infraction.
If someone breaks the rules of a mafia game he will recieve a strike which will make him unable to play or host mafia games. That is enough punishment and I don't think forum mod intervention is needed in such cases.
Only when the forum rules are broken will the mods intervene and infract the players.

I think your suggestion is too extreme. Not needed.@Rohan . No when I mentioned mod as in the Forum mod not the Game Mod/host.
For I knew the Game host doesnt have the power to give infractions .
Well just my two cents.
For a newbie I like extreme killing.
A good strategy is that sign-ups for a Turbo game should happen on the spot to prevent such issues from happening.
