He just lost his eye, where his whole fighting style is based on.

If this becomes permanent, Kakashi just fell a lot in the power rankings.

Even his justus that don't particularly come from the sharigan relied on them.....now he'll have to much tunnel vision distortion for his chidori....

Better get his eye back when Madara dies....

I don't think Kishi will downgrade him, apart if he hate him maybe.
He'll logically put him at the same level either by an other different power up (i doubt) or getting Obito's other eye or getting his sharingan back when Madara throw it and take Obito's eye.
