Why would we have seen him in action at MF that makes no sense? This chapter here said(if it turns out true which only time can tell) WB left this lady and the kid, that's why he's attacking WB's "family" because in his eyes WB left him and his mom for his "family". He wasn't ever a member of WB's crew thus would have no reason to be at MF.

Probably, then we'll get to see what Kizaru was talking about because from face value I can't imagine this oaf being a threat. I haven't noticed anyone point out he is carrying a weapon just like WB too.

U dont judge a character by its looks and especially if this is OP, he is definitely not WB's son but that takes nothing off his power he was hyped by Kizaru itself and is a pirate who goes around beating up solo mode pirate crews such as WB allies the same guys who were fighting marines at MHQ and even holding off VA's, he may look dumb as fck actually but him cutting off an arm from Z ( if he is ever canon) isnt that far-fetched knowing that he was still beaten by Zephyr.
