Eclipse of the Sun

For all the members who live on the Asian Continent as well as those who may live in the lower islands of the Japan, there will be the longest Eclipse of the sun of the century(6min28sec) on Wednesday 7/22/09. Its possible it may have occurred already and im a bit late..

I would like any of too take a picture(if you can) or simply come back to this thread and post what it look like to you in your own words.

I live on the North American Continent and will not be able to see it. It's a once in a life time experience, that i would like to experience vicariously via any of you. If you even say it was "cool" and that will suffice.

sadly i live on the westen hemphire so i didnt see it

i have seen the solar eclipse from 11th august 1999 in Bucharest, it was indeed amazing

you could serf the net too , there are videos posted by people where they were able to witness about 6 min of the eclipse O_O
