Easy Avatar Request

I will give a rep to anyone who attempts this.

What I want is an avatar using this image here:

The avatar needs to be 150px by 300px.

What I want:
1. I want him to be facing the other direction.
2. I want the picture to have more "Pop" if you will. More color.
3. Lastly, I want I nice, solid border. No dots or dashed lines.

Since it's done I'll just let you know you could have done all of this with MS word and Paint combo. MS to flip it Paint to brighten and resize.
