[Question] Easy Access to Emoticons

I just came back being active after dissapearing in August last year. When did the "smile" emoticon appear so that we can have easy access to them when writing a response rather than going to advanced?

This is also a thread to let those who haven't noticed this great change, be aware of its function ​

If you're a chrome user log out, clear cache, close chrome, re open it again, and log back in . It should be fixed.​

You don't understand what im saying. I'm saying its a new function. We just press button "smile face" . Its right next to the feature where we can change the colour of our text
