Easter eggs

I'm just wondering if Kishi has been putting any "easter eggs" in the series at all?

the only reason why I was thinking about this was after the Sasuke/Itachi fight
a snake slithered away (which I think is why there is the Kabutomaru now (or not))

now I know in many major comics they do this such as Marvel and Dc when they are dropping subtle hints of things to come...

But does/has Kishi been dropping some eggs in Naruto at all?

The eggs Marvel/DC drop are more like dinosaur eggs than anything else, and that Snake ended up being burned by a falling branch covered in Amaterasu.
