yea if you look he's either cut in half or bleeding very badly since you can see the blood, then he healed

It was not only cut, but there was a huge gap between pieces. For Madara's body to not be blown in opposite directions implies it's still connected. Just saying.

I actually think the fight was over before Madara absorbed the tree. That Youton rasenshuriken did more damage than Guys Night Moth. Madara was gone, he thought he had reached the afterlife already.

Juubi Jin Obito also was pretty damaged from Naruto's senjutsu enhanced Rassengan so I do not think that Juubi Jins necessarily have "crazy durability" as you said above.
