The losses are still being counted..the shock was felt in neighboring countries Pakistan, India and even Nepal...

I was sitting down sifting though some papers when I suddenly felt the vibrations. It took me a moment before it hit me that it was an earthquake ... Did any one else from south Asia felt these tremors? And are people in your region ok? So far it doesn't seem there was much damage where I am apart from people being scared since it lasted for a few minutes.

Was just reading about it along with the unfortunate casualties, my thoughts and prays to the families of the unfortunate schoolgirls that were killed during the quake along with everyone out there in Afghanistan.

Got a call from some relatives that were close to there, sounds that it was tremendously severe in terms of the shock.
(They were in Pakistan visiting relatives from marriage.)

Damn ... I was sleeping again. At this rate I am pretty certain that I will die in my sleep from a Earthquake.

Sigh ... It wld be bad news for Afganisthan as it was right after Maharam. Hope there is minimum possible loss.
