A lot of people say that Earth would be better off without Goku and here's a YouTube video.
To start things off Goku did attract a lot of villains, but that was because he was a threat, which the person who wrote the fanmade manga clearly ignored.
If Goku didn't come to Earth the RR Army would've still have wrecking havock and the Androids would've still been created. In fact they might've made more if Goku didn't really decimate.
They'd also have no one to stand up to Dabura either. Remember, that him and Babidi weren't there because of Goku. They were to revive Buu.
Oh and for anyone who watches DBS Goku was a big reason why Universe 11 didn't get wiped out by Zeno because he gave them a fighting chance and it was Goku who picked 17 who won the tournament and we all know what happened next.
