It's was supposed to be a continuation of the C Ranks but I can't find any proof so let's just start from the bottom.

Okay cool shouldnt take that long to get back to C, I take days off on the weekends tho.

Ishida walked forward there he was supposed to learn all of his basics before he set off to avenge his family. But dealing with people like this was to be very honest, a highlight in his day. Despite their suffering they try their best everyday, he admired people like that. Ishida sat down near his senpai. "Doton is one of the five basic elements in this world, it is known to be strong and is extremely helpful for defensive situations. Using earth, the user is able to use their chakra to manipulate and create earth be it mud, dirt, etc. The element is strong against water, because the earth can absorb the water, but is especially weak against lightning, because it can travel through and break it." Ishida explained to his master, as his senpai asked him of his hopes and dreams Ishida looked down, onto the ground. "I don't have many likes, but I enjoy sukiyaki, I don't have many dislikes but I hate arrogance, and privileged people, I don't have a dream.. It's more of a purpose. . . my purpose. . . my only purpose is not to avenge my family, no not to avenge them. My purpose is to make them proud." Ishida said as he looked towards the clouds. He didn't enjoy sentiment but he needed this, his father had always told him honesty is the key to understanding. If he were to be honest with his senpai he would learn quickly. Ishida then stared back at his senpai, eager and hopeful to start training.
