How you would counter it: I would have to go with a lightning jutsu to prevent the earth from touching you. Chidori thunderstorm would be good.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
I channel a huge amount of my doton chakra into the earth below me. I manipulate the earth adjacent to my opponent to rise up into two mountainous structures, one to his left and his right. I then bring my hands together, symbolizing the imminent crushing of my jutsu. As I do so, the two huge structures slam together with great force, completely crushign anything inbetween.
