Advantages:

• [This jutsu if done accurately can blind or choke your opponent. If they're blind, that gives you the advantage of inflicting a lot of damage on your opponent without using a lot of effort.]
• [On the other hand, if your opponent choked, that a pretty much default win.]
• [I'm guessing that even if done improperly but the jutsu still hits the opponent, it should obscure their vision in some respect leaving you with the element of surprise.]

Disadvantages:

• [For the best accuracy you have to be really close to the opponent which can also leave you wide open to any of your opponent's attacks for countering.]
• [This jutsu takes a lot of accuracy and if you miss your target, it makes the jutsu kind of a waste especially if you are one of those people who has poor aim.]]

Ways to counter this jutsu:

• [I'm hoping that with a strong enough gust of wind, the mud globule will come flying back at the user.]
• [ The opponent could also make a rock pillar shoot up from the ground in front of them to work as a shield against the mud.]

Combination with this jutsu:

• [As the mud is flying through the air, you can exhale a fireball at the mud which should make the mud sort of molten and when it hits the opponent it will burn, blind, and/or choke them]]

Perform the jutsu:

• [Rin gathers some mud in her mouth infused with chakra and increases the density in the chakra. She then spits out the mud, as it flies toward a clone and splatters over there face leaving their vision obscured.]

Descripton: This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. This can be especially useful if in a cave or a stone lodging. The technique can loosen the rocks and cause them to come raining down on whomever is trapped inside.

mainly useful in caves or some where with a ceiling with rocks hanging down. With this jutsu you can cause a cave in or let the rocks to fall down. Be careful to not let the rocks fall near you, it can kill/hurt you too.

• [If you're opponent is hiding inside of a cave, you have the advantage of closing them up in the cave and damaging them while also taking them off guard.]
• [This jutsu can also close the both of you in an area so that you're opponent is given few or no places to hide.]]

Disadvantages:

• [There is no control given to where the rocks fall so there's a possibility you can also be damaged by the falling stones, maybe even more than your opponent.]
• [While making the terrain a more difficult place for your opponent to fight in, you may be making it harder for yourself too which just forms.]

Ways to counter this jutsu:

• [I'm not sure but if the gust of wind was strong enough, your opponent could blow the stones falling from the ground away from them or cut the stones in half making smaller pieces.]
• [The hide like a mole technique could be used to send your opponent underground and they could tunnel out of the cave without being damaged.]

Combination with this jutsu:

• [If you're not in this cave you can expel gas into it then leave a paperbomb to set it off before enclosing your opponent.]

• [Rin stares at her clone that is inside of a nearby cave as she inhales deeply. The stones above the clone are infused with chakra and Rin causes all the stones to topple down and close off the entrance inside the cave. A few of the stones crash onto her clone too.]

Description: When used with Earth Release: Earth Flow River, the user will then perform the Ram → Horse → Dragon they can create a dragon-like head that fires concentrated mud bullets at an opponent. This can also be combined with a fire jutsu to shoot lava toward an opponent. The dragon can be created from other mud techniques as along as a mud source is available.

Must use the other jutsu said in the description. Which causes a wave of earth to 'spread' out in a offensive manner. Not really earth, but its basically mud. Now this jutsu, you perform the hand seals to make a dragon rise from that source of earth/mud that can shoot mud bullets.

• [ Well if this mud is similar to the jutsu where you must shoot mud from your mouth, this can be used to obscure your opponent's vision or to choke them if you aim the mud bullets for their face.]

Perform the jutsu:

She concentrates mud chakra into the mouth of the dragon until the chakra is concentrated. Description: After forming the needed hand seal (Tiger), the user transforms the ground underneath their opponent into a river of mud that throws them off balance and carries them away from the user. The mud created by this technique can also be used as a medium for the Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet technique.

Perform the hand seal and turn the ground under your opponent into a river of pure mud. Pretty nice technique imo. You can also use this jutsu to perform the jutsu above (the one we just did) as said in the description.

(Doton: Ganchūrō no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Rock Pillar Prison Technique

Description: After performing the required hand seals Rat → Horse → Dog → Snake and they then create a large amount of rock pillars to rise from under ground. They can then be controlled to surround their opponent and create a bamboo-like prison of rock.

Pretty much explain nicely. Perform hand seals. Spikes rise from the ground underneath opponent. User of jutsu can control the way the spikes rise.
