good now i want you to meditate on that hill *points at the hill*

*I sit in a comfortable spot on top of the hill and put my mind at ease,I then begin to meditate*

concentrate you chakra to flow through your body

*I concentrate my chakra to the palms of my hands I place my palms on the hill and I can feel the inside of the hill's soil begin to grind into tiny grains of sand*

now release small amounts of your chakra into the ground below you

* I begin to release small amounts of chakra into the ground below I watch as my chakra makes the ground crumble into grains of sand when there is enough sand to fill 1 gallon of milk I manipulate the sand in the air freely and comfortably*
