since earth is strong against water so one d rank earth will cancel a c rank water and since a b rank water equals two c rank water so the d rank earth will cancel one of the c rank water and the other will continue

the first one is correct, and about the 2nd one, very very nice thinking! But according to my thread it wouldn't be correct. This would be correct if you pretended that the strong element would be 1 rank higher, but in my thread I said you should pretend as if the weak element would be 1 rank lower. So it would be A rank water and C rank earth.




Now, we know B rank fire will be enough to stop C rank water.
So this would be a good example, right?

nope, it is not. Size really matters as explained in Izuna's thread. Even though what concerns the rankings it should cancel each other out, but a few hot shurikens won't stop a huge wave of water. My point was don't just look at the rank, look the size of the jutsu and what the jutsu is.

Okay the last thing I'll talk about before continuing is the description. Be very very detailed with your description, so performing the technique would seem logical for a normal human. Explain how you're gathering chakra, where you're focussing it, how you're concentrating, how you channel/release it, change the chakra structure, (shape)manipulate it, etc. etc. So let's say there is a fireball technique that explodes upon inpact, you should also describe how the fireball is compacted with hot chakra and that the chakra releases from the fireball upon impact, resulting into an explosion. Because of this you'll understand the technique better yourself, and it shows me that you understand the technique well enough to deserve to learn it. Okay?

This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to a large area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.

This technique was a C rank jutsu first. Gather your chakra and perform 2 handseals and place your hand on the ground, releasing the doton chakra and causing the ground surrounding my clone to spiral inwards itself, burying my clone in rocks. Remember what I said, be detaaiilleeeeed

(Doton: Iwa Bunshin) - Earth Release: Rock Clone Technique Rank: B Type: Supplementary Range: Short Chakra cost: 20 Damage points: N/A Description: The user creates their clone out of stone that he spits from his mouth. Unlike other types of clones the rock clones don’t disappear after being defeated but rather crumble like rubble. These clones can also be used to create a clone of other people than themselves but do not take on the abilities of the copied person. They can use up to C-Rank Earth techniques and are very resistant to physical damage such as that from Taijutsu which they can endure up to B-Rank.

Spit stone out of your mouth and create a clone out of it. Of course, it should be indistinguishable from your actual self and be able to move around and fight for you independently. If the clone gets damaged it wouldn't disappear like other clones, but it crumble instead, turning back to stone. If you want, you could make a clone that looks like someone else, but without their abilities. In Rei's battle R&R are clone rules listed, check them if you don't know them yet. Btw clones have a HUGE advantage, I won't leave you alone until you'll mention the advantage I'm talking about U_U

good, for the 1st one, I don't suggets you to use flame pillars as you'd just burn yourself you might use an earth pillar though.
About the 2nd one, dropping lid would be a possible combination, but not a very smart one. the lid is HUGE, so you could still escape upwards U_U., well at least that's what I think. But you're thinking good, it's smart to attack the opponent from above.

Raise a piece of rock out of the ground to use it as a defensive shield. You could choose what the shelter will look like. It could be a wall, or a dome with a small opening.

My clone will send a water bullet towards you, and you should channel your earth chakra into the ground and manipulate it. Cause a 1/4 dome of earth to be created out of the ground, protecting you from the water bullet.
